Two-for-one twisting machines in now introducing a twister of
a new generation which continues to provide the highest standards
of quality of twisted yarns, reliability and favourable pricing
which are tailored to meet the financial requirements of textile
manufactures.
The ETS 2-18 twister is suitable for twisting plied yarns
made from wool, cotton, flax, man-made fibers and their blends
within the count range of:
The yarn may be inserted into the spindle either from:
- One cylindrical or conical feeding package with two-ply or
multiply yarn assembled together before twisting, or
- Two superposed (stacked) feeding packages with single yarn.
This machine is a single deck, double-sided twister of modern
concept, with vertical spindles driven by a flat tangential
belt. Spindles are assembled in sections incorporating 16
spindles in each section.
Optional equipment:
- Stop take-up rollers - device, which stops
take-up rollers in case of yarns break or empty feeding
package.
- Yarn reserve - device for winding of several yarns
wounds ("transfer tail") at the end of the final bobbin
tube.
- Equipment enabling twisting from two single feeding
packages - with a lubrication facility or without.
- Lubrication equipment - accesspries for coating
the yarn with lubrication agent.
- Accessories assisting unwinding of single yarns.
- Waxing device - for coating the yarn with wax.
- Apparatus for filling of the lubrication agent
into all types of lubrication equipment.
- Length stop-motion-stops the machine following
the completion of the determined amount of yarn applied.
- Exchangeable pulleys for various spindle revolutions
(standard execution applies to one pulley of 4,500 r.p.m.).
- Cleaning device (blowing and sucking) - a mobile
device for each machine with an automatic emptving at he
end of the machine.
- Manually operated splicer for knotless binding
of yarn.
- Soft winding - device enabling a very soft winding
suitable for dyeing or yarn stabilization.
